Contract Variations
Depending upon the needs of our clients, we also perform Design/build projects, teaming up with one of our partners to bring our customers a complete design and construction package to help streamline the construction process saving time and money.
We are also able to be Construction Managers, representing the owner and his/her needs. We provide our building expertise in quality, safety, cost and timing to help our customers get the most out of their building project. From conception to completion, we assist our clients in managing a project and ensuring that their needs and desires are implemented.
